Please make the following enhancements to the Notes tab:
Ensure the 'Email this note to' field is checked by default vs. having to check the box to send an email
Allow Rich text formatting within notes to enable use of links and formatting
Enable bounce back notifications so that senders are alerted of undeliverable emails
Allow multiple attachments to be included within a single note
Enhance this feature - do not attempt to replace with Convos - Convos does not meet our needs
Fix the reporting functionality for notes. When printing all notes, include date, time and sender of each individual note.
Enable access to the email directory within the to: and CC: fields to improve accuracy and reduce undeliverable emails

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Improved efficiency and performance. We are heavily reliant on the notes functionality and have worked hard to train end users on the value and importance of using notes. We can't introduce the convo concept and expect users to have to change their way of working for the sake of change again with no value add. We don't need another place to look for information in the system, we need for notes to be enhanced to meet our needs. Forcing the use of convos and not supporting the notes functionality would be a GIANT step backwards. Please consider aligning this request with the roadmap to improve end-user performance and customer satisfaction. |
if a User is selected then the "email to" should be automatically set.
the ability to select Multiple users instead of having to enter manually enter them with a "; " separator would be very useful.
This should be category Recruitment - not Performance
It would also be great to have a confidential note function for those with confidential access permissions to view only.
