When downloading (compiling and sending) application documents, provide an option to download only the most recent version of each document. Applicants and/or administrators may update the documents associated with an application, and it can be confusing if previous versions are included in the download.
Note: This cannot be done simply based on document category. Some of our applications have multiple unique documents that are assigned to the same category, and all of these documents need to be included in the download. Perhaps we also need a way to associate documents with a specific application form requirement/field?

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We want to streamline the process of preparing applications for search committee review and make it as easy as possible for committees to review all current application materials. Today, administrators must determine which versions of a document are no longer current and either manually remove them from the downloaded PDF or instruct search committees to only read a certain version. |
