Have a free text field in the Applicant Profile Personal details section to allow applicants to provide their own Title.
Currently we have an option that states 'I use another title {please specify)' but there is no function to allow the applicant to specify. We don't want to have an exhaustive list to include all title types, so would be much easier to keep the generic ones such as Mr, Ms, Mrs, No title etc but then have an option for applicants to provide their own title such as Dr, Professor etc.
