Performance - Track changes based on user in edit mode

When more than one individual has access to edit the performance plan, provide a way to identify what changes occurred since the individual last accessed the plan. For example, underlining or other notifications that can be caught by a screenreader as well.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Our process is not linear, but collaborative, and both parties (supervisor and employee) have access to edit at the same time. Oftentimes, this is not done while sitting down at a computer together, but back and forth using the system to make changes. The proposed change would result in an easier (and thus less time-consuming) process.

This would be incredibly helpful! We need to make it easy for supervisors to see if the employee changes something before finalizing the document.
