When booking interviews on behalf of hiring managers using Cronofy, I’m currently limited to the ‘green’ available slots shown in their calendar to book a time. However, many of my hiring managers have very busy schedules and instead provide me with specific time slots when the entire panel is available - even if those times overlap with existing calendar appointments they’re comfortable overriding.
In these cases, I often avoid using Cronofy (I book manually via outloook calendar appointments instead) because there’s no option to override calendar conflicts. If an override feature existed, I would use Cronofy consistently, as it would make the interview booking process much easier and more efficient.
I understand this may go against Cronofy’s original design, but in practice, this scenario is common and likely affects many users. I’d love for PageUp to explore working with Cronofy to introduce an override option for greater flexibility.
