Post Level Display on Performance Review Reports

It is currently expected behaviour that the Post Level displayed on the performance review report reflects the current pay scale linked to the position, rather than the one in effect at the time the review was launched. This creates a misleading picture of the staff member’s situation during the review period and undermines data accuracy for performance and audit purposes. The system should ideally capture and display the Post Level as it was at the moment of review creation to ensure historical consistency and proper contextual evaluation.
