Selectively turn off notification/reminder emails in Performance Management

Our institution would like the opportunity to selectively turn off notification/reminder emails on the Performance Management side as many employees are not always available to complete a certain step due to annual leave, sick leave, FMLA, and more. This causes frustration for the supervisors and chain of command as they are constantly receiving these reminders and upper leadership is not always aware of what's going on.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

I would consider this an urgent concern due to the level of visibility and frustration it's causing to our leadership at the institution.
