The “notes” functionality in the system used by evaluators to write comments and rate applicants is only visible to the individual user or to superusers accessing the account. Due to compliance measures, this setup is not effective for us, as HR representatives are unable to view these comments. The only available workaround is to generate a customized report for each recruitment, which is not time effecient, nor practical for our diverse group of users.
We would like to request the addition of a permission setting that allows designated user groups to view these comments.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Allowing a permission setting to be added to existing user groups would support HR compliance by enabling internal HR representatives, who are not superusers but are responsible for reviewing screening documentation and comments, to more easily access this information within the system. Currently, we must disable this functionality entirely, as it creates excessive manual work for our teams. |
