We would like for ALL applied rules of an application to be tracked under the "View applied form rule snapshot" on the applicant card's history tab, especially ineligibility rules. Currently, ineligibility rules can be configured to knock someone out if they do not meet minimum qualifications before they submit the application form. If these inaligibility rules are triggered and the application is stopped, the system will record the action under the applicant's history as "Application submitted" but the ineligibility rules that were triggered are not tracked AND we are not able to easilily report on this (a request has to be submitted to PU support for access to this data). PU support advised that the application form rules that were triggered are not tracked because the application was not submitted.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We need the ability to easily identify the application form rules that were applied, regardless of the application being submitted or not. If an application process is stop because a form rule is applied, then we need to be able to identify what form rule caused the application process to stop (i.e. what made an applicant ineligible). |
