This enhancement would be fantastic and a significant time saver! Currently, in some cases, I have to manually revert the Employee’s Performance Profile and require the employee to re-acknowledge (resulting in duplicated effort for both HR and the employee). Additionally, the system lacks a process to capture the employee's acknowledgment when they don't receive an Employee Performance Profile (ex: probationary employees). This can lead to challenges when addressing performance issues. Implementing this feature would streamline these processes and strengthen HR's ability to verify employees have reviewed and are aware of the expectations in their Position Description.
