Introduce a CV preview option directly within the candidate profile or list view. This would allow users to quickly scan the contents of a CV without needing to open it in a separate tab or window. Ideally, this preview could support common formats (PDF, DOCX) and display key information in a clean, readable format.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently, reviewing candidate CVs requires opening each file individually, which can be quite time-consuming—especially when managing high volumes of applications.

Our applicant progress board both provides the option to open the resume in an overlay as well as to view an AI resume summary to provide an easily digestible excerpt of key information from the resume, often in relation to the job they are applying to.
We are also currently in the works for a new unified candidate search page, which will supersede pages such as Applicant Search and Talent Search, and provide similar easy access to resume information.
This idea definitely aligns to our design methodologies going forward. For a more specific response, are you able to provide further information on the pages you are currently expecting to see this change on?
