Tasks can currently be viewed by HR on our dashboard. It would be nice if HR could assign tasks to Hiring Managers/Search Committee Chairs. I assigned some job facing tasks to the HM/Job Owner, but it is not visible on the HM dashboard, though I can see them on my dashboard. It would be very helpful to have this feature.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
The tasks would remind the hiring managers about various steps in the process, as well as when and how to complete them. This would save HR from answering repetitive questions from hiring managers. |
