Performance - Add Another Level of Reviewer

By adding an optional 4th party access to a performance review (employee, supervisor, 1-up manager, and HR/Senior Level Leader), it would allow for better calibration and more objectivity to performance reviews.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Our HR folks would like the option to "see" what the employee or supervisor sees in their performance review. While they have the option to pull a PDF, it isn't quite the same when troubleshooting. It would save time and effort to have straight access rather than a workaround. And, the second benefit for us: this would work if the area prefers having a senior-level leader review all performance reviews at one time.
