Enhancements to the following sections to include review cycles for easier filtering
Performance Centre – Review Cycle/Title Display: When viewing a list of performance reviews via the Performance Centre, the current column headings do not include the review cycle or title. As a result, if a user has multiple performance plans spanning several years, the only way to distinguish between them is by checking the review start or end date. It would be more user-friendly and efficient if the review cycle or title could be displayed as a separate column in this view.
About Me > Performance and Development – Filter by Review Cycle:When viewing performance plans via About Me > Performance and Development, it would be helpful to have the option to filter or select plans by a specific review cycle or year. This would make it easier for users to locate relevant plans without needing to rely solely on dates.MyTeam >
Performance and Development – Filter by Review Cycle for Managers:Similarly, for managers viewing team members’ plans via MyTeam > Performance and Development, it would be beneficial to include a filter or view option based on review cycle or year, enabling easier navigation and management of team performance data over time.
