Carry over of references from one application to another

When we review the survey results a common theme is that our applicants would like to see their references be carried over from one application to another as they are often applying to multiple positions within our organization.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

A small win for our applicants so they do not need to continually retype in the same reference information on applications.

    This would be very valuable to our processes. For some reason we assumed that the refrrees get copied across with the application, we discovered the hard way that they don't which significantly impacted on out recrutiment this year. There should be an option of either copying them or not.

    The whole referee experience should to be reviewed in the system
