What business value are you trying to achieve?
Have the applicant/application flag applied even if the applicant has not completed the online form. Run ineligibility rules only after submitting this form The ineligibility rules and form rules are designed to run independently if the "Run ineligibility rules only after submitting this form" setting is set to No. So there's currently no way to run other form rules along with the ineligibility rule if it runs the moment they answer the question. Applicants are currently being made Ineligible through the form rules but the flag rule also present is not applied because they did not reach the end of the application form We do not want to have to force applicants to complete the form is they are ineligible from page 1.
