Customized Application Forms - Allow for required documents to auto populate when using bulk compile

Currently, PageUp offers the option of customizing an application to include additional required documents in the application form (e.g. certifications, transcripts, etc.). However, when creating a customized application form, the additional documents listed as required do not generate into the applicant's overall application materials when using the "bulk compile" functionality. Instead, this requires manual download by the recruiter of each additional document listed in the customized form. Our team would greatly appreciate the option to have these documents auto populate into the "bulk compile” functionality in order to avoid the manual work of downloading materials manually.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This is especially cumbersome when there are large pools of applicants and several required documents. The change would help to eliminate the manual work of our recruiters downloading each required document that is listed on the customized application form.

When you bulk compile - just select the extra document types used in the application form and ensure the document type is set to allow inclusion in bulk compiles. works a treat.

You can just grab a specific document type if you like

Do not use "Employee Document" in your application form document types - you cannot bulk compile that document type

check system setting "Document Categories" - you will see document types

click edit and look for "Allow sending or compiling:"
