Managing Automatic Replies on Performance Reviews

Idea:
Could we introduce a function to delete or filter out automatic replies (out-of-office messages) that are currently inadvertently captured in performance review threads? Alternatively, could admins be given rights to remove these on behalf of staff or supervisors?

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Why it matters?
At the moment, these automated responses clutter the review records, often adding irrelevant or awkward content that detracts from the quality of the review. It makes the process feel less polished and professional. Allowing for their removal (whether by individuals or administrators) would greatly improve quality of the reviews.
