Currently the lOnboardingTaskProviderID field is utilized by HR to assign the HR onboarding coordinator. The offer card currently pulls in the field above with the reports to manager. We would like this field NOT to autopopulate with the incorrect information. The reports to manager is listed previously on the offer card with the field lReportsToProviderID.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Having this auto fill with incorrect information means this is something HR has to manually fix during just about every offer approval which is not ideal. |
