Use sPositionTitle on the View Offer displayed title and also the position title displayed when an applicants looks at all of their applications.
It would initially use job position title but if sPositionTitle is ever used that would supersede sTitle or Position title used on Sourcing channel.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Ensure applicants see the Position title on a contract/view offer that matches the actual position being offered Allow users to have generic position title on a job but allocate specific position titles to particular applicants. currently it is very confusing if the job is a pool job and one applicant gets a Registered Nurse position and the other gets a Clinical Nurse position. |
