Track emailed Job Notes on Employee Card
Job notes emailed to users should be tracked and displayed on the employee card. PageUp advised that these communications are tracked in the Applicant Communication table; however, this is counterintuitive since the communications are to users and not applicants.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We want to be able to verify a job note communication ("send job note") has been sent as expected to the specified users. PageUp's technical team advised that the "send job note", even though it is sent to the user/employee, by system logic it is saved in the Applicant Communication table so it is not displayed on the employee card history. Also, as this is a job note, it is not linked to any specific applicant so it will not be seen in any applicant card. Therefore it is impossible to confirm that the "send job note" emails to users are sent successfully. |
