Currently iProviderID is used for our "HR Representative" that is assigned this employee population. The job card only allows the iproviderid to be a PRIMARY member of the team the position is on. This unfortunately eliminates any of our HR representatives who all have a primary team of HR. This field should be open to anyone on the team not just the primary team members.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Fix recruitment process to assign properly to the right HR representatives for processing. The workaround is cumbersome and confusing and inefficient. |
