Currently when launching a performance review in buik, errors are listed individually with a 'view employee' hyperlink. Each hyperlink needs to be opened separately to view which employee had the associated error. To streamline the process, I suggest adding to the table the employee's full name, position number and role title.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
If a large number of errors are generated when bulk launching a performance review, it is a very time-consuming process to open each 'view employee' hyperlink separately to begin investigations on the errors. Also, the errors are not numbered so it is very easy to lose your place on which error had been addressed and which ones are still to be viewed. Having more details about the employee associated with each error in the table would be more efficient in determining the cause of the error as well as making it easier to identify which errors have been addressed. |
