When you are required to move a Candidate from one Job Card to another and you elect to take the completed Application Form with the Candidate to the new Job Card. Then the assigned Application Flags need to move across with the Candidate also.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To manage high volume recruitments with multiple panels and hence multiple job cards, or to manage priority assessments of candidates and therefore need to move them to different job cards. Then it is imperative to have visibility of the Application Flags that have been assigned based on how the candidate responded to the initial Application Form. Missing critical Application Flags to assist the candidate with Reasonable Adjustments or Work Rights or Priority Assessment ordering is high risk to the business. |
