Add a time stamp in Application history indicating when the applicant hit the apply button to begin the application.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

identify when an applicant actually starts an application - currently you can only see document upload, submission and if sent a reminder - what day they started in the email

      Hi @Guest , While not on the application history itself, application - date created date (or date created time for exact moment) in enhanced reporting would mark the start of the application. Comparing against the submitted date would allow you to identify the time it takes for applications to be completed.
