Currently in Performance, PageUp Administrators/ CSMs can turn on a setting in a review step/ stage to Hide Manager comments from Performance Review.
Once activated, this setting can be seen and toggled off by a Superuser if needed but they cannot turn this on without CSM support.
All other visibility settings are already able to be managed by a Superuser such as scores being visibile. Being able to turn this setting on and off when needed without CSM intervention would be helpful.
I also suspect alot of Superusers may not know this setting exists as it is not visible unless a CSM toggles it on.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To be able to toggle the visibility of Manager comments in the same way we do scores without CSM intervention. It allows Superusers to create review steps independently and reduces the load on CSMs. |
