Add a widget for Next Level Supervisor Review to the Homepage

The process for locating evaluations for Next Level Supervisor Review is cumbersome and not intuitive. It would be great if a widget could be added to the user homepage similar to the My Team Performance Reviews rather than having to use the drop down and search feature.

      I agree - right now, this access is only through the navigation bar, and not a widget. If we could have the widget on the My Team Performance Reviews add both direct and next-level down reviews (with the same down arrow), that would be very helpful!

      We just implemented performance and the majority of questions I received are from 1-up reviewers stating that they don't have access to their reviews. I agree that it's not intuitive for reviewers and it's a better user experience to have the reviews show up on the home page just like their other reviews. Also, this feature should be available regardless of who has access to the review i.e. if the review is assigned to the reviewer, they should see it on their dashboard.
