Please add the file format JPG.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We are receiving a lot of emails stating candidates cant upload documents because it only has the doc, docx, pdf, msg, txt, rtf, JPEG file format; JPG should be added as most of the documents are formatted this way. To provide a seamless experience for the candidates.

      Hi Ericka - thank you for your feedback. PageUp supports both JPG and JPEG files for upload in the application process. There are 2 features that control the types of documents that clients allow for uploads in the system and by applicants. These are (1) Apply Permitted File Extensions and (2) Permitted File Extensions. A SuperUser will have acces to update these features to include JPG as an allowed file type (access via system settings). Once this is completed, your SuperUser can then update individual application forms to allow JPG files on upload question types were relevant. I hope this helps.
