all setting up an email that will send selected documents to a known mailbox when the applicant completes their new starter form. e.g. send copy of new starter form, tax form, superannuation, offer documents as unique attachments.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

remove the need for a HR users to go in and find the applicant and then export all of the documents once the applicant has completed the new starter form
