Visa Flags

If a candidate confirms they are a visa holder in an application, a visa flag appears against their name however, when the same candidate submits a future application, the visa flag automatically carries over even if they are no longer a visa holder and have since obtained e.g. citizenship. Ideally, flags should reflect the most recent application made, automatically adding or removing them as needed.

Thanks for your input Sally and Mark - your advice is correct. Application flags should be used in this scenario so the data that is flagged is specific to that particular application at the time of submission.

We experienced the same. The fix was to change the flag to an Application Flag. Not an Applicant Flag. Hope this helps.
