When undertaking a search using the Talent Search functionality, you can currently save your bulk selection and share with others. However, when candidates reviewed and moved to either the Green, Yellow or Red Buckets you can not save this selection in the buckets. When you return to the Saved Search the candidates are no longer in the Buckets and you have the bulk selection only to re-review.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To be able to save the selections in the Green, Yellow and Red Buckets would help when sharing searches. For preparing in advance to send an Invite to Apply to candidates for an upcoming advert. For undertaking a search on behalf of a colleague and reviewing candidates suitability and sorting into Buckets, then sharing that Saved Search. |
