Date Fields - control logic on date fields

Please let us have some logic over date fields

e.g. not able to close a job with a date that predates the approval date or opening date

not close a job with a date into the future

proposed term dates - end term date can't be before start date

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

reduce User errors with dates e.g. close before it is even approved
