Supervisor Notification for new employees in performance

We need the system to notify supervisors when they need to take action to accept the review of an existing employee, and then reminder notifications until the action is taken.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Supervisors are not taking the needed action, so employee reviews are being delayed. This notification process would help ensure direction to the needed task, and reminders can support timely completion.
