It is very tedious to remove/add employees from reports when they leave or are hired. You have to control the report user and remove the individual email address from each report. If you have a central HR or Talent Acquisition department, you have numerous reports that staff members are receiving.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Having a more efficient way to edit email addresses on scheduled reports. This is very time-consuming to do currently. If an individual switches to a different department at the same employer, they continue to receive reports they should not have access to and we need a quicker way to remove these individuals so they don't continue to receive data they should no longer have access to in their new role. |
