What business value are you trying to achieve?
I would like to be able to audit candidates with reference checks completed. We complete some references manually and this cannot be reported on. We are only able to report on ref checks requested online. I have added a flag that the talent team add once they complete the form but this is a manual process and leaves room for human error. I am also unable to report on date created |
