Enforce specific formatting like upper/lower case name entry and restricting all zeros in the SSN field on new starter form and a minimum age in the DOB field.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We have a file integration into Banner and it causes problems when a new hire enters all zeros in the SSN field or fails to enter their name using upper and lower case letters. We also have a problem with new hires entering 'today's date' in the DOB field. |
Love it! - the ability to provide field validation and guidance to applicants is extremely useful
It can be a bit of fun getting the field validation correct but well worth the effort
looking forward to extending this into other areas but that is already in the feedback forums
