Performance - Access to Self Evaluation after submission

Allow employees to view their self-evaluation after submission.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Employees have requested the ability to view their self-evaluation after submission to remind themselves of what they wrote. They're not able to see it until their manager completes their evaluation.

    It would actually be nice to have this view limited as it can further dialogue when it comes to a discussion about performance. Right now, for the option, we only have the manager be able to see the review for our conversation step. It would be extremely beneficial to the manager see both and the employee see their own.

    We also would like this change. Employees should be able to see what they wrote while not being able to see what the manager is writing until submission. This is an ongoing complaint by our employees.
