When shortlisting candidates via the traffic lights system (left hand side on applications page for each job) e.g. red = 10 unsuitable candidates, amber = maybe candidates, and green = 5 suitable candidates, once you action one of the traffic lights e.g. rejected the unsuitable candidates, upon returning back to the main applications page of the job, the applications that you originally shortlisted against amber and green disappears so you have to review and action the remaining applications again. This is extremely time consuming. There is a workaround where you can take screen shots; however, this is an extremely clunky process.
It would be great to leave applications under each traffic light until the recruiter has finished the shortlisting process.
