I want to be able to inject two groups of applicant names into the selection report generator
current functionality Interview accepted applicants
add the ability to inject Unsuccessful applicants in their own section
also - actually include number of applicants in the generator e.g. 74 applicants applied to the position.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Management want to be able to list all unsuccessful applicants (ideally with unsuccessful reason). currently selection report generator dumps names of applicants all together - successful or unsuccessful |
