We are using SMS to automate communicate at certain application statuses but the system is sending multiple sms based on how many applications the applicants has provided, even though we are communicating from a job card via application status. I'm also concerned we are being charged for each SMS triggered, resulting in higher fees.
For example, you can see below in our SMS report that applicants are receiving multiple of the same text even though it is specific information for a single application we are communicating about. I've deidentified the information below and bolded the job we were communicating from:
