There is no current ability to preview and print in PDR an online reference check form template.
Not currently possible for this form type, but for other form types it is so it's not consistent.
Workaround is to print the individual applicant's form if completed via the Applicant card>Application history. But this includes applicants details.
The purpose is to show template to internal team to review.
