When inviting applicants to apply for a job, you have the ability to set the closing date of the 'invite to apply' sourcing channel, but not the time.
For example, if I set the closing date for Friday 13th December, the sourcing channel auto closes at 12:00am of Friday 13th December, meaning any applicant who attempts to login and complete their application on Friday 13th of December will be met with an error message saying that applications have closed already.
This is confusing for the applicant and the recruiters. I would like the ability to configure a default closing time for the 'Invite to apply' sourcing channel.

Be good to actually make invite to apply have a mandatory source closing date
