Take off the connection between being able to see scoring on applications and having access to manage forms. This has been an issue with people that need to be able to see scoring and some of those people now trying to change forms. One has nothing to do with the other.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Allows us to protect the forms created without someone trying to make changes because their access to manage forms allows them to but should not have any connectivity to viewing scoring. |
