What business value are you trying to achieve?
It can be difficult at times to identify the name of the applicant - especially when an applicant is using two or more words in their first and or last name. It is not easy to identify what is part of first name and what is part of last name It would be good to have some control of how an applicant name is presented to users in the applicant card including bulk compile cover sheet and selection report. Currently it is first name last name (preferred name if present) XXXXXXX YYYYYYYY ZZZZZZZ - you are not sure if YYYYY is part of first name or last name. |
