Currently when we send an interview for a specific time through Cronofy integration, it puts the invite directly into the hiring managers calendar without them accepting or declining it. If they went into the invite and declined it, there is no notification sent anywhere so it could very easily go unnoticed.
Whilst it's great that Cronofy can see when hiring managers calendars are free, when we are dealing with hundreds of hiring managers, there's no guarantee that their calendar's are up to date so it's important that they are able to accept or decline an invite.
The idea would be that the Cronofy integration creates an .ics file when we schedule an interview that opens in whichever calendar an organisation is using, so we can send the invite via the calendar. The hiring manager would then receive an email with the calendar invitation and is able to accept or decline it. This acceptance or decline would then notify the recruiter through their email just like if they had sent it outside of PageUp.
Also while I'm here, it would be great if an interview is scheduled through an integration with PageUp that it shows the date and time of the interview at a glance either in the history or on the application information on the applicant card.
