Convo feature email when using @mention
1) Make email template configurable by client. For example, we would like to add requisition number for ease of reference, facilitate filtering through emails, and keep communication consistent with our other system communications.
2) Ability to validate email was actually sent and email address of user selected (@mentioned) in the comment.
3) Update "Reply to comment" link embedded on email to take user to comment they are responding to rather than the Manage Applications page or APB.

Convo feature email when using @mention The convo feature email template seems to be lacking functionality that other system communications provide. For example, the email cannot be configurable by the campus to include other job related data that might be of use to the user receiving the email, the email sent is not tracked anywhere so we are unable to validate if the email actually sent and/or confirm if the correct user was selected when using @mention, and the "Reply to comment" link does not take you to the actual comment for ease of replying. |
