It would be helpful to have a location to house success profiles, similar to how position descriptions are housed in PageUp, or at minimum an option to upload the document to the success profile. Right now we are keeping these on our google drive and insert a link in the description of the succession plan. Alternatively, these features could be built into the succession plan, with more fields that capture what is traditionally on a success profile, or an ability to customize this further (ours have things like position purpose statement, knowledge, competencies, techinical skills, essential soft skills, experience, personal attributes, other considerations, etc).
