AI Screening Tool for Performance Evaluation Review

Add an AI feature to the performance evaluation/review process allowing a keyword(s) search. If a keyword is identified, the reviewer may determine whether or not to send it back to the employee or the supervisor for edit. Our evaluations have multiple sections and pages. They also often contain attachments and linked journal entries or 1 on 1s.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Compliance - We are a state entity. Our documents are public records. We can not allow any protected PII in the evaluations including protected FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc. information. AI would allow us to search for keywords in the evaluation including the comments, attachments, and linked journal entries or 1 on 1s.

    I pull a report to actually do this - for example, words like "medical" or "health" and skim for discriminatory phrases. It would be ideal to have this feature. And, I hear that other products on the market do this to remove as many biases as possible from the review.
