Needs to have confirmed date/time when was an actual application updated with notes accordingly. It is critical to know specially when applicant updated application through applicant portal after job posting closed.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
If application modified after applicant summitted an application in PageUp there is no way to track what date application was directly updated. Currently assumed When an application gets updated, "Application Submitted" application note will be added again but can't sure if profile was updated or an application itself. |
