What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When a succession plan owner leaves the organisation, their plan stays active. This means that any identified successors on this plan will continue to show as being a successor on a plan, even though this is no longer being actively managed. Therefore when other managers are creating their succession plans, it gives a false view for any potential successors already being on a plan. |
